Our stay at Robert and Kourtney’s home was absolutely amazing! The house is decorated beautifully, and we basked in the natural light through the house. Our college kids had a blast hanging out at the pool and taking the short walk to the beach. We loved enjoying our morning coffee on the porch swing, it was so peaceful. Several of my friends and I did a girls trip in honor of my upcoming wedding and stayed at the house, Magnolia Charms. We loved it. So close to the beach and the house had chairs, a cooler, towels and so many things that you might want for a nice each day. The pool and the backyard was also lovely--we asked to do the heated pool and really enjoyed some nice swims even though we were there in February. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are clean and modern and were well stocked with things guests might need. A fabulous place to stay for vacation! The house was exactly as pictured and extremely clean and inviting. The pool and backyard area were awesome and a great place to hangout for both us and our dogs. Before I arrived at the house, I already knew this would be a 5 star+ stay. Robert & Kourtney were super responsive and very helpful. It just got better from there. The beds were hands down the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in, the home was well appointed with extras that only come with luxury rentals. The heated pool and golf cart made our chilly trip in February so incredibly enjoyable. There were plenty of towels, plenty of supplies like dish and laundry soap. The rockers and outdoor furniture allowed for our family of 5 to spread out and really enjoy peaceful moments. The proximity to amazing restaurants and the beach was perfect. And the extras like high quality beach chairs and canopies, pool floats, and a cooler honestly makes this a 10 star stay in my book. I would stay here with our family again and again. Robert and Kourtney were great!! The house was everything they advertised and then some. When requesting to have the pool heated they responded immediately and had someone at the house within 5 minutes for help. Furthermore, throughout the whole trip they responded to any requests and their guide book of restaurants and things to do were super helpful. We had planned to host Christmas at home, but with delays in our house renovation and a family emergency we decided to do the next best thing - find an Airbnb closeby that our family and 2 pups could all be comfortable in. Robert and Kourtney's Magnolia Charm worked out perfectly. With en suite baths and memory foam king beds in all 3 rooms, we all slept well. Loved the simply elegant farmhouse style decor~Living just 15 minutes away, I could not resist toting our 10' christmas tree to Destin and decorating it my favorite Santa Clause collection for the traditional Spock Christmas. We even got to hang our Christmas stockings on the fireplace.The kitchen was impressive, stocked with matching dishes, glasses and coffee cups and utensils for at least 12 if not more. Hubby broke out his Christmas All-Clads, but the pot set would have worked just as well. there isn'tenough room 2 write and explain how grateful my husband and I are for this home in particular for our much needed vacation. they allowed us 2 bring our 2 dogs which us a blessing in itself. there were a couple small issues during our stay that was totally on our end not the hosts and the response was so incredibly quick, problems solved asap with patience and grace. this was by far the nicest, cleanest, most peaceful and warm and welcoming. the note and dog treat made me cry. TYVM, 10 out of 10 😊 5 star all the way !!!, we will b back !!!
