The space
★Magnolia Charms is your home away from home located in Crystal Beach. Loaded with charm, the home features a wrap around porch, antique stained glass windows & balconies galore. All 3 bedrooms have king beds with their own private ensuite bathrooms (perfect for couples & families) and is just a quick walk to our world famous beaches! The backyard features a new 12×24 private heated pool with beautiful landscaping and is fully fenced.
▶︎Pool Heating: $200 Weekly/$40 Per Day (Oct – April)
▶︎6 SEATER GOLF CART – Not included in your stay; however, we work exclusively with a local, reputable Golf Cart Rental Company to provide you (Magnolia Charms Guests Only) golf cart rentals at a deeply discounted rate of $50 per day (must be for entire stay)! You won’t find this deal anywhere else! Please let us know upon booking if you’d like us to reserve it for you and we will have the golf cart at the house when you arrive.

Bedroom 3- King with private bath (tub/shower combo). Twin over twin bunk bed. (Sleeps 4)

Please note that the pool can heat up to 90 degrees and will not be hot tub temperatures (which are 100+ degrees).

As a private pool, there is no lifeguard. Swim at your own risk and please do not allow minors in or around the pool unless accompanied by a responsible adult.
Backyard – The backyard is fully fenced with outdoor chairs & loungers. There is also an outdoor dining table (seats 6) and a BBQ grill.
▶︎Beach Gear – We provide extra beach chairs, a beach wagon, boogie boards, beach towels & beach toys.
▶︎PARKING:
Parking is available for 3 vehicles in the driveway. Please do not bring more than 3 vehicles.
Per the city of Destin, there is absolutely no parking on grass, sidewalk, or streets. Local authorities rigorously enforce it.

Other things to note
The Red Tape:
▪️RENTAL AGREEMENT – Renter must sign a rental agreement within 24 hours after booking. Your reservation is not complete until signed. We will send you a link after booking with instructions.
▪️PRIMARY GUEST must be at least 25 years of age to reserve, rent, and must be present during the entire stay.
▪️NO SMOKING – If you smoke inside the home you will be charged a large fee and an extra cleaning fee.
▪️NOISE ORDINANCE – We want you to enjoy your vacation but please know that there is a City of Destin noise ordinance beginning at 10PM. Please be mindful of neighbors. Quiet time is 10PM – 8AM.
▪️NO PARTIES – Events or parties are prohibited by AirBNB and by us.
▪️MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY – Permitted Occupancy is 10. Exceeding 10 people will result in a fine by local authorities and you will also be asked to leave without a refund per city regulations.
▪️PARKING – Parking is available for 3 vehicles in the driveway. Please do not bring more than 3 vehicles.

▪️NO EARLY CHECK-IN OR LATE CHECK-OUT – We host a lot of guests full-time and our cleaning crew needs the full time to get the space ready for you. This is also our time for any maintenance on the property. Thank you for understanding!
▪️GOLF CART – (if applicable) is supplied by a third party vendor. A rental agreement will need to be signed and valid driver’s license provided. (We will send you a link after booking with instructions).
▪️POOL – USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. The hosts are NOT responsible for any injuries that result from the use of the swimming pool.
▪️SECURITY CAMERAS – Security cameras are actively recording the front and side entry of the home for compliance verification and the protection of the property. There are no cameras in the backyard/pool area or interior views.
▪️NO REFUNDS for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.
▪️PETS We are pet friendly & allow up to 2 dogs only if house trained and well behaved. Guests bringing pets must disclose this prior to booking, as a one time fee must be paid prior to arrival. You are expected to clean up after your pet both indoors and outdoors or additional fees will be assessed.
Please remember that you are not staying in a hotel, you are staying in our personal home. Please treat it with respect. We are always available via AirBNB messages.

We booked last minute and had a wonderful stay thereafter. Even though we stayed for 2 nights, this house and stay was phenomenal. From the close access to the beach and local shops, to the cozy expanse of the house, everything was delightful. Would recommend again!

The place was excellent. Went with my family, 6 adults, a 6 year old and a 5 year old. The place gave everyone their space. The owners communicated very well. Had everything we needed for the beach and a pool day. This was a trip I took my family on with the money my mom left after she passed. Expensive yes! But well worth it, it was my grand-babies first time at the beach and I know my mom was smiling down on us the whole time. Something’s are worth it and this definitely was!

You won’t be disappointed. This house is extremely clean top to bottom and the pool is pristine. Everything was as good as could be expected. Beach and public access point is very close as described. Get the golf cart, you’ll pay way less than if you get one on your own and it was there when we arrived, super convenient. Front porch swing was nice to have, looked forward to it every morning with coffee. Also fully stocked with nice beach amenities, everything you could want. Washer/dryer worked great and theres an outdoor shower! Host is very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Robert & Kourtney’s house is incredible! From the moment we walked in we could tell how clean & pristine it was. We loved how bright & cool the house was, no issues being overheated on the upper level. Loved all of the windows & doors throughout, makes everything look & feel very open. Hosts are super accommodating & very quick to respond. Full size body wash & shampoo/conditioner for guests to use. Not just your typical hotel soaps either. We probably used the pool every night & the lights at night were a nice bonus! Neighborhood is quiet even with all of the rentals around, I appreciated the quiet hours. Crystal Beach is a great location & lots to do around. The beach is only a block away so definitely walking distance. We loved driving the golf cart around & especially on Scenic 98. We felt right at home in Robert & Kourtney’s house & would definitely stay again. We were actually very sad to leave. 100/10 recommend!!
