Art of the Beach
★Art of the Beach is your home away from home located in the highly sought after Crystal Beach in Destin. The newly renovated three-story beach home sleeps 12 and is located just a block from the beach.
▶︎Pool and spill over spa can be heated for an extra charge: $200 Weekly/ $40 Per Day (Oct-April)
▶︎Please note: The spill over spa is NOT a hot tub & will only heat to 90 degrees.

▶︎The first floor is the living room, den, kitchen, dining area, laundry closet and a bathroom. The second floor features the master bedroom with private bath, 2 bedrooms with a Jack-n-Jill bathroom. The third floor is perfect for the kids with four twin beds and private bathroom.

- Bedroom 1 – King bed with private bathroom (shower only). (Sleeps 2)
- Bedroom 2 – King bed with shared bathroom (tub/shower combo). (Sleeps 2)
- Bedroom 3 – King bed with shared bathroom (tub/shower combo. (Sleeps 2)
★THIRD FLOOR:
Bedroom 4 – The perfect kids retreat features four twin beds with private bathroom (shower only). (Sleeps 4)
▶︎ For our little travelers, we provide a Pack-n-Play, high chair and utensils.
SWIMMING POOL/BACKYARD:
Pool Dimensions: 12×24 Pool
▶︎ Pool Heating: $200 Weekly/$40 Per Day
★ Please note: The spill over spa is NOT a hot tub and in order to enjoy spa heating, guests must opt in having the entire pool/spa heated and can only heat up to 90 degrees. *Please advise at least 24 hours to arrival*
As a private pool, there is no lifeguard. Swim at your own risk and please do not allow minors in or around the pool unless accompanied by a responsible adult.
Backyard – The backyard is fully fenced with outdoor chairs & loungers. There is also an outdoor dining table and a BBQ grill.
▶︎ Beach Gear – We provide extra beach chairs, a beach wagon, boogie boards, beach towels & beach toys.
▶︎ PARKING:
Parking is available for 4 vehicles in the driveway. Please do not bring more than 4 vehicles.
Per the city of Destin, there is absolutely no parking on grass, sidewalk, or streets. Local authorities rigorously enforce it.

You get the whole house and backyard with private pool.
Other things to note
The Red Tape:
▪️RENTAL AGREEMENT – RENTER MUST SIGN A RENTAL AGREEMENT WITHIN 24 HOURS OF BOOKING. Your reservation is not complete until signed. We will send you a link after booking with instructions.
▪️PRIMARY GUEST- Must be at least 25 years of age to reserve, rent, and must be present during the entire stay.
▪️NO SMOKING – If you smoke inside the home you will be charged a large fee and an extra cleaning fee.
▪️NOISE ORDINANCE – We want you to enjoy your vacation but please know that there is a City of Destin noise ordinance beginning at 10PM. Please be mindful of neighbors. Quiet time is 10PM – 8AM.
▪️NO PARTIES – Events or parties are prohibited by AirBNB and by us.
▪️MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY – Permitted Occupancy is 12. Exceeding 12 people will result in a fine by local authorities and you will also be asked to leave without a refund per city regulations.
▪️PARKING – Parking is available for 4 vehicles in the driveway. Please do not bring more than 4 vehicles.

▪️NO EARLY CHECK-IN OR LATE CHECK-OUT – We host a lot of guests full-time and our cleaning crew needs the full time to get the space ready for you. This is also our time for any maintenance on the property. Thank you for understanding!
▪️POOL – USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. The hosts are NOT responsible for any injuries that result from the use of the swimming pool.
▪️SECURITY CAMERAS – Security cameras are actively recording the front and side entry of the home for compliance verification and the protection of the property. There are no cameras in the backyard/pool area or interior views.
▪️NO REFUNDS for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.
Please remember that you are not staying in a hotel, you are staying in our personal home. Please treat it with respect. We are always available via AirBNB messages.

This house and host are simply PERFECT!!!! We had the best stay and enjoyed every minute. They even surprised us with a cookie delivery. I 100% recommend staying here! We will be back.

Excelente lugar, totalmente recomendada, fácil acceso, súper cerca de la playa, la casa muy cómoda para descansar y disfrutar unas vacaciones con todo lo necesario para cocinar y disfrutar, muy limpia, habitaciones muy cómodas, el área de la piscina y el barbecue excelente, Robert muy amable y siempre atendió nuestras preguntas rápidamente, todos disfrutamos de las galletas de bienvenida, seguro regresaremos muy pronto

My family and I had a lovely time in this beautiful home. It was plenty of space, comfortable and in the perfect location. We enjoyed walks to the beach, lounging around the pool and checking out different places around Destin. Definitely a 10/10 experience thanks to Robert and Kourtney!!
