The space
★DESTIN PARADISE is your home away from home located in the charming Crystal Beach neighborhood in Destin and is just a short 3 minute walk to the beach. This large 3 story home has recently been updated and features 6 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms with a game room and a large rooftop deck. With over 4000 sq feet, Destin Paradise is the perfect home for large families and groups. This home also features a private heated pool/spa, outdoor shower and BBQ grill.

The 1st floor of Destin Paradise is the living room, kitchen and dining areas, the laundry room, one bedroom and a full bath with tub/shower combo.
The 2nd floor features three bedrooms with private ensuite bathrooms, a bunk room with a private bath (shower only) and an additional bedroom with shared bathroom.
The 3rd floor is the game room, half bath and rooftop deck.

- Bedroom 4 – Bunk Room with a twin over twin bunk bed and a double over double bunk bed with twin trundle.
- Private bathroom with shower only. (Sleeps up to 5 adults or 7 kids)
- Bedroom 5 – Queen Bedroom with private bathroom with tub/shower combo. (Sleeps 2)
- Bedroom 6 – Queen Bedroom with private bathroom with tub/shower combo. (Sleeps 2)

SWIMMING POOL:
▶︎ Pool/Spa Heating: $200 Weekly/$40 Per Day
★ Please note: The spill over spa is NOT a hot tub and in order to enjoy spa heating, guests must opt in having the entire pool/spa heated and can only heat up to 90 degrees.
*Please advise at least 24 hours to arrival*
As a private pool, there is no lifeguard. Swim at your own risk and please do not allow minors in or around the pool unless accompanied by a responsible adult.
BACKYARD
-The backyard has outdoor chairs and loungers. There is also an outdoor dining table and a BBQ grill.
PARKING:
▶︎ Parking is available for 4 vehicles in the driveway.
* Please note: Guests will not have access to the garage.
Per the city of Destin, there is absolutely no parking on grass, sidewalk, or streets. Local authorities rigorously enforce it.
★ For our little travelers, we provide a Pack-n-Play & High Chair.
★ Beach Gear: We provide extra beach chairs, a beach wagon, boogie boards, beach towels & beach toys.

Other things to note
The Red Tape:
▪️RENTAL AGREEMENT – Renter must sign a rental agreement within 24 hours after booking. Your reservation is not complete until signed. We will send you a link after booking with instructions.
▪️PRIMARY GUEST must be at least 25 years of age to reserve, rent, and must be present during the entire stay.
▪️NO SMOKING – If you smoke inside the home you will be charged a large fee and an extra cleaning fee.
▪️NOISE ORDINANCE – We want you to enjoy your vacation but please know that there is a City of Destin noise ordinance beginning at 10PM. Please be mindful of neighbors. Quiet time is 10PM – 8AM.
▪️NO PARTIES – Events or parties are prohibited by AirBNB and by us.
▪️MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY – Permitted Occupancy is 16. Exceeding 16 people will result in a fine by local authorities and you will also be asked to leave without a refund per city regulations.
▪️PARKING – Parking is available for 4 VEHICLES in the driveway. Please do not bring more than 4 vehicles.

▪️NO EARLY CHECK-IN OR LATE CHECK-OUT – We host a lot of guests full-time and our cleaning crew needs the full time to get the space ready for you. This is also our time for any maintenance on the property. Thank you for understanding!
▪️POOL – USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. The hosts are NOT responsible for any injuries that result from the use of the swimming pool.
▪️SECURITY CAMERAS – Security cameras are actively recording the front entry of the home and the driveway for the protection of the property. There are no cameras in the backyard/pool area or interior views.
▪️NO REFUNDS – For weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.
▪️PETS – We are pet friendly & allow up to 2 dogs only if house trained and well behaved. Guests bringing pets must disclose this prior to booking, as a one time fee must be paid prior to arrival. You are expected to clean up after your pet both indoors and outdoors or additional fees will be assessed.
We STRONGLY encourage TRAVEL INSURANCE if you are concerned a cancellation may be necessary.
Please remember that you are not staying in a hotel, you are staying in our personal home. Please treat it with respect. We are always available via AirBNB messages.

Our group of 10 absolutely loved everything about this lovely home. The house was spacious and the pool was clean and very refreshing. The house was spotless and in a perfect location a block from the beach. The kitchen was stocked with everything imaginable. All beds were very comfy. We had no issues even though the owners did reach out a couple times when we first arrived to ensure all was well. Everything was perfect!!

Thank you Robert and Kourtney for the perfect spot provided to remember and celebrate my mother’s life, as a family. We each had private space to retreat and reflect, when needed; as well as wonderful space to be together as a family. The weather wasn’t “on our side” but we were able to find a beautiful window of time to hold a private Celebration of Life on one of her favorite beaches. I am hoping it will become a family retreat spot going forward. The house is beautiful! Perfect for our family and much for everyone to enjoy from the 3 yr old to the 63 yr old. We were blessed to find your home. Thank you.
