Coral Cabana is located in the Sea Cabins community across the street from the beautiful beach and your very own private beach access.
The space
Welcome to Coral Cabana! Just steps from the beach and includes daily beach chairs/umbrella set up during your stay from March through October!
Our cozy, 2/2 townhouse is newly remodeled and finished with tasteful modern decor for a beachy boho vibe. It’s the perfect retreat or vacation spot for couples or small families.
▶︎SLEEPING ARANGEMENTS:
BEDROOM # 1 : 2nd Floor master bedroom with comfy king bed and ensuite bathroom (Sleeps 2).
BEDROOM #2: 1st Floor bunk room with twin over twin bunks. (Sleeps 2)
LIVING ROOM SLEEPER: Comfy queen sleeper sofa. (Sleeps 2)
▶︎LIVING ROOM:
Our ground-level living and dining area is furnished with a dining room table, a queen size sleeper sofa, and a 65” Smart TV. It’s a perfect spot to relax in front of the fireplace or enjoy a book in the cozy reading nook complete with recliner and rocking chair.
▶︎KITCHEN:
Our open kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, Tupperware and lots of extras so you have everything you need to prepare meals. Plastic cups, utensils, and divided plates are also provided for the kids. There is a Keurig, French Press, drip coffee maker, and electric tea kettle so you can enjoy the perfect morning beverage. There is also a crock pot and blender in the pantry.
▶︎LAUNDRY:
Located in the hallway outside the bunk room is a full-size stacked washer/dryer. The nearby bathroom has a large tub to enjoy a relaxing soak or bathe the little ones.
▶︎OUTDOOR AREA:
There is a patio outside the unit with a table and four chairs.
▶︎POOL:
You can also enjoy the seasonally-heated community pool, BBQ grills and picnic tables.
▶︎PARKING:
Parking for 1 vehicle only
Guests may park one vehicle directly in front of the unit or in any open spot at Sea Cabins. (Other arrangements must be made for additional vehicles).
***June and July dates require a 7-night minimum from Saturday to Saturday

Guest access
You will have use of the entire townhome except for a small owner’s closet. Private beach access gate code will be given upon arrival.
Other things to note
The Red Tape:
▪️RENTAL AGREEMENT – Renter must sign a rental agreement within 24 hours after booking. Your reservation is not complete until signed. We will send you a link after booking with instructions.
▪️PRIMARY GUEST must be at least 25 years of age to reserve, rent, and must be present during the entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students
▪️NO SMOKING – If you smoke/vape inside the home you will be charged a large fee and an extra cleaning fee.
▪️PARKING – Guests may park 1 VEHICLE ONLY directly in front of the unit or in any open spot at Sea Cabins. There is only one parking spot provided for each unit so other arrangements must be made for additional vehicles. The HOA strictly enforces the one car maximum – All other vehicles will be towed. Thank you for your understanding.
▪️NOISE ORDINANCE – We want you to enjoy your vacation but please know that there is a City noise ordinance beginning at 10PM. Please be mindful of neighbors. Quiet time is 10PM – 8AM.
▪️NO PARTIES – Events or parties are prohibited by AirBNB and by us.
▪️MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY – Permitted Occupancy is 6. Exceeding 6 people will result in a fine by local authorities and you will also be asked to leave without a refund per city regulations.
▪️NO EARLY CHECK-IN – We host a lot of guests full-time and our cleaning crew needs the full time to get the space ready for you. This is also our time for any maintenance on the property. Thank you for understanding!
▪️NO LATE CHECK-OUT – If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $50.00 dollars for the first half hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property. Thank you for understanding!
▪️POOL – USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. The hosts are NOT responsible for any injuries that result from the use of the swimming pool.
▪️SECURITY CAMERAS – A security camera is actively recording the front entry of the home.
▪️NO REFUNDS – For weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.
We STRONGLY encourage TRAVEL INSURANCE if you are concerned a cancellation may be necessary.
Please remember that you are not staying in a hotel, you are staying in our personal home. Please treat it with respect. We are always available via AirBNB messages.

We will give 6 stars for this place if we could. Very clean and comfortable place, looks exactly the same as the video guide. The house is only a minute walk away from the beach with private beach access and you can have beautiful beach views at home. Lots of beach accessories are provided, which is more than enough. The location of the house is in the heart of miramar beach with only a few minutes drive to restaurants and grocery stores. We will definitely choose this place when we visit Destin again! -
We loved the place!! Couldn’t recommend it more. From the quick walk to the beach, fully stocked kitchen, books and games, walking to coffee shops — the list is endless. The airbnb felt so clean and decor was so cute! We had so many family game nights and my kids loved picking out a book for bedtime. There are endless beach toys + chairs, etc. We spent so much time at the beach because of the easy access. We love to cook while on vacation and this was the perfect kitchen for us, it literally has everything you need! The bathrooms/showers are also beautiful and feel brand new. Robert and Kourtney were beyond amazing hosts, very responsive and hospitable. We are very grateful to have found this place and can’t wait to visit again! Thank you.

We had a great time staying at this house. The house is as pictured and super clean. They have the kitchen stocked with almost every appliance you can think of using. The access to the beach is across the street! The location could not be any better as we usually eat on the strip every night. We did not have to move the car much at all. We will definitely stay there again!
