As it is a private pool, there is no lifeguard. Swim at your own risk and please do not allow minors in or around the pool unless accompanied by a responsible adult.
OUTDOOR PORCH:
The outdoor seating area has a TV, wet bar with a sink and mini-fridge and an outdoor bathroom with shower.
BACKYARD
-The fenced in backyard has a pergola, outdoor chairs and loungers. There is also an outdoor dining table, outdoor shower and a BBQ grill.
PARKING:
▶︎Parking is available for 4 vehicles in the driveway.
Per the city of Destin, there is absolutely no parking on grass, sidewalk, or streets. Local authorities rigorously enforce it.
★For our little travelers, we provide a Pack-n-Play & High Chair.
★Beach Gear: We provide extra beach chairs, a beach wagon, boogie boards, beach towels & beach toys.
▪️RENTAL AGREEMENT – RENTER MUST SIGN A RENTAL AGREEMENT WITHIN 24 HOURS OF BOOKING. Your reservation is not complete until signed. We will send you a link after booking with instructions.
▪️PRIMARY GUEST- Must be at least 25 years of age to reserve, rent, and must be present during the ENTIRE STAY. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students
▪️NO SMOKING – If you smoke inside the home you will be charged a large fee and an extra cleaning fee.
▪️NOISE ORDINANCE – We want you to enjoy your vacation but please know that there is a City of Destin noise ordinance beginning at 10PM. Please be mindful of neighbors. Quiet time is 10PM – 8AM.
▪️NO PARTIES – Events or parties are prohibited by AirBNB and by us.
▪️MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY – Permitted Occupancy is 12. Exceeding 12 people will result in a fine by local authorities and you will also be asked to leave without a refund per city regulations.
▪️PARKING – Parking is available for 4 vehicles in the driveway. Please do not bring more than 4 vehicles.

▪️POOL & HOT TUB – USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. The hosts are NOT responsible for any injuries that result from the use of the swimming pool.
▪️SECURITY CAMERAS – Security cameras are actively recording the front of the home for compliance verification and the protection of the property. There are no cameras in the backyard/pool area or interior views.
▪️NO REFUNDS for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.
Please remember that you are not staying in a hotel, you are staying in our personal home.

Blue Starfish has it all! Fantastic home, perfect location, so many extras and Robert & Kourtney were such amazing hosts. Not only is the home so beautiful, the beds were hands down the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in! The home has extras that only come with luxury rentals. The pool, hot tub and all the backyard amenities made our trip so incredibly enjoyable. There were plenty of towels, plenty of supplies such as dish soap, laundry detergent, and so much more. The balconies with gulf views were amazing. The proximity to the beach was perfect. The location of the home is around several great restaurants and shopping. They even had extras like high quality beach chairs, beach towels, pool floats…. All of these thoughtful amenities makes this a 10 star stay. I would stay here again and again. Thank you so much, Robert and Kourtney, you win the best of Airbnb! We will be back!!!!!!!!

Beautiful home! Our family stayed a whole week, was supplied with everything we needed! Extra towels with great quality, lots of kitchen & bathroom supplies! The location is perfect and the golf cart was such an amazing amenity. This host did a great job at supplying all the needs plus extras! Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved the rental house. It was the perfect relaxing getaway for my family. Enjoyed swimming in the pool and the nearby beach was beautiful and amazing. We enjoyed riding around in the golf cart included to all the nearby restaurants and shopping center. This location was the perfect with lots to do. Robert and Kourtney were very quick to respond whenever we had a question. We will definitely be back!

Our stay was beyond our expectations! The house was clean, updated, and equipped with everything we needed. The location was great with a short walk to the beach and ocean views from top floor balcony. Hosts were very responsive and friendly! We would love to return to the Blue Starfish in the near future.

Robert and Kourtney were excellent hosts. The house was great. My family (of 9) really enjoyed the pool and walking distance to the beach. Robert and Kourtney were BEYOND responsive to an issue we had with the hot tub (didn’t stop us from enjoying the pool) but they came 4-5 times to ensure all was working well. We will be renting this place again. 10/10!
