SWIMMING POOL:
▶︎Pool/Spa Heating: $200 Weekly/$40 Per Day
As it is a private pool, there is no lifeguard. Swim at your own risk and please do not allow minors in or around the pool unless accompanied by a responsible adult.
BACKYARD
-The backyard has outdoor chairs and loungers. There is also an outdoor dining table and a BBQ grill.
PARKING:
▶︎Parking is available for 4 vehicles in the driveway.
Per the city of Destin, there is absolutely no parking on grass, sidewalk, or streets. Local authorities rigorously enforce it.
You get the whole house, carriage house and backyard with private pool/hot tub.
The Red Tape:
▪️RENTAL AGREEMENT – RENTER MUST SIGN A RENTAL AGREEMENT WITHIN 24 HOURS OF BOOKING. Your reservation is not complete until signed. We will send you a link after booking with instructions.
▪️PRIMARY GUEST- Must be at least 25 years of age to reserve, rent, and must be present during the ENTIRE STAY. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students
▪️NO SMOKING – If you smoke inside the home you will be charged a large fee and an extra cleaning fee.
▪️NOISE ORDINANCE – We want you to enjoy your vacation but please know that there is a City of Destin noise ordinance beginning at 10PM. Please be mindful of neighbors. Quiet time is 10PM – 8AM.
▪️NO PARTIES – Events or parties are prohibited by AirBNB and by us.
▪️MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY – Permitted Occupancy is 12. Exceeding 12 people will result in a fine by local authorities and you will also be asked to leave without a refund per city regulations.
▪️PARKING – Parking is available for 4 vehicles in the driveway. Please do not bring more than 4 vehicles.

▪️NO EARLY CHECK-IN OR LATE CHECK-OUT – We host a lot of guests full-time and our cleaning crew needs the full time to get the space ready for you. This is also our time for any maintenance on the property. Thank you for understanding!
▪️POOL & HOT TUB – USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. The hosts are NOT responsible for any injuries that result from the use of the swimming pool.
▪️SECURITY CAMERAS – Security cameras are actively recording the front of the home for compliance verification and the protection of the property. There are no cameras in the backyard/pool area or interior views.
▪️NO REFUNDS for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.

Our recent stay at this airbnb in Destin, Florida, was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warmth and hospitality of the owners. The house itself exceeded our expectations, offering a comfortable and inviting retreat for our vacation.
One highlight of our stay was the outstanding customer service provided by the owners. When we encountered issues with the golf cart, Robert, the owner, went above and beyond to assist us promptly. Within less than 10 minutes of our call, he was at our doorstep, ready to help. Despite his efforts, when the problem persisted, he promptly arranged for a replacement, ensuring that our vacation remained seamless and enjoyable.
Additionally, the thoughtful gesture of sending us Crumble cookies added a personal touch to our experience, further demonstrating the owners’ commitment to ensuring their guests feel welcomed and valued.
Overall, our time in this Airbnb exceeded our expectations in every aspect! -

Robert and Kourtney have a very beautiful home that exceeded our expectations. They were quick to respond every single time I would reach out and always so friendly. We had planned on grilling our last night in the house but the propane tank was empty…within 10 minutes of me reaching out they arrived with a new one for us. Amazing. I would recommend their home to anyone!

Our stay at this home was simply amazing! The house is beautifully designed and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. From the fully stocked kitchen to the thoughtful amenities throughout, we were impressed by the attention to detail.
Robert and Kourtney are wonderful hosts—friendly, accommodating, and incredibly responsive. They made us feel right at home and ensured that our stay was enjoyable from start to finish.
We can’t wait to return and stay here again soon! Highly recommended for anyone visiting Destin.
